We are looking for Assistant Manager Ecommerce for one of our division in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the website (Shopify-based), ensuring a smooth, optimized user experience.
  • Lead category tree structure and site navigation enhancements to improve product discoverability and conversion.
  • Oversee daily operations of website functionality, including product cataloging, pricing, stock levels, and content updates.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Shopify dashboards to generate actionable performance reports.
  • Develop and execute Performance marketing ads, growth-focused promotional campaigns (seasonal, category-based, clearance, and launches).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align website promotions with social media campaigns and influencer pushes.
  • Lead onboarding of third-party brands/vendors, from product listing to inventory sync.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, warehousing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Manage relationships with Shopify apps, payment gateways, and any third-party service providers.
  • Oversee order flow, payment verification, and reconciliation for third-party brand orders.
  • Support customer service in resolving escalated queries, delivery delays, and post-order issues.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management covering sales trends, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Present data-backed recommendations for increasing online sales, vendor growth, and customer retention.
