We are looking for a punctual, responsible, and highly organised Executive who can efficiently manage daily office tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong time-management and multitasking skills, along with a professional attitude. Candidates with strong discipline, responsibility, and professional behavior

This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Skills Required

  • Posts Designing Through Designing Tolls (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong task & time management
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Accounts handling

Responsibilities

  • Daily office administration & coordination
  • Maintaining records and documentation
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and data sheets
  • Preparing schedules, meetings, and day-to-day office operations
  • Experience in managing and using Office Equipment
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative office environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Expert In MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and focused.
  • Find TENDERS & Prepare them
  • Know About The Financial Aspects
  • Documents Management
  • Close daily Tasks on time
  • Creating and maintaining client relationship
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.

Knowledge about Banking Products, knowledge about Leasing & Financing Procedures & General Insurance will be an added advantage.
