Job Purpose
- Ensure timely support to region for franchise operations which include but not limited to : Induction, Replacement, Termination, Credit issuance, Credit Clearance, Security cheque Management
Job Responsibilities
- Processing all franchise cases(New Inductions and replacement). Major steps include Interview scheduling, Commercial committee initiation, Agreement Preparations and token device management
- Processing of Final Settlement of Resigned and Terminated Franchises with the help of Finance & Region. Strong coordination with the stakeholders for timely completion of process with in SLA
- As per the regional request along with the RGM approvals, we provide our support for issuing of warning and penalty letters through legal department
- Issuance of Weekly & Other Holidays credit to all franchises with the help of finance (following the regional requirements). This includes all credits i.e. ZL, MBB, Handsets, Scratch cards and alternate channels
- New cheques activity is conducted yearly in coordination with region to ensure that Franchise cheques with CMPak which are approved by Finance Treasury team and legal team
- Strong follow-up with the regional teams it is to ensure that all the assigned credit i.e. weekly, EID, other holidays must be cleared with in the stated time
- Responsible for refinement of all kind of operations systems in order to increase efficiency either automation or process refinements
- Coordination with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, IT
- Internal Audit/ Fraud Management case investigation and feedback
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree however Master in Business will be preferred
Work Experience
- Preferably up-to 3 years of experience
