Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and maintain existing accounts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and product promotions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong skills in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
