Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 pm- 5:00 am)

Compensation Package: Market Competitive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior IT B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This is a strategic role for a high-performing individual with a proven track record in IT B2B sales, particularly in selling software solutions and IT services. If you have experience working in a software house or IT services company and are passionate about building lasting client relationships and closing high-value deals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage B2B sales of IT solutions including custom software, SaaS, IT support, and consulting services.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, marketing, and technical delivery to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Attend virtual or in-person client meetings to understand needs and pitch appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Up-Work Experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT B2B sales, preferably in a software house or IT services firm.
  • Demonstrated success in closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution selling, and client engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
