About the Role

Sanaullah & Co. (S&Co.) is looking for a
Tax Associate
who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within a dynamic professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tax regulations, hands-on experience with tax filings, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file
    corporate income tax
    ,
    sales tax (GST/VAT)
    , and
    withholding tax returns
    in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of
    monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
    , including advance tax payments.
  • Maintain proper
    tax records, schedules, ledgers, and reconciliations
    to support filings and audits.
  • Assist in responding to
    tax notices, assessments, and inquiries
    from tax authorities.
  • Collaborate with the
    finance team
    to ensure tax provisions and deferred tax calculations are accurately recorded.
  • Support the
    Tax Consultant
    in managing FBR audits and monitoring of withholding tax.
  • Implement
    tax planning strategies
    to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with
    external tax advisors
    for expert consultation on complex matters.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    ACCA / ICMA Part Qualified / CA Inter / BBA or MBA in Accounting & Finance
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    1–2 years
    of relevant experience (preferably in the
    manufacturing industry
    )

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of
    tax accounting principles
    and various
    tax return types
  • Proficient in
    tax portals
    and
    MS Office
  • Excellent
    time management
    ,
    leadership
    , and
    communication
    skills (both verbal & written)
