Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, build reporting dashboards, and drive organizational growth by leveraging data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to support decision-making.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
- Design and maintain reports to track business performance, customer behavior, and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to address business challenges.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical and analytical queries.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M Query.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Rs55, Rs60,000.00 per month
