Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join our sales team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective US-based customers.
- Introduce and promote company products/services confidently.
- Build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance targets.
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company while ensuring natural and professional communication.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates / 0–1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts (US shift).
- Confident, persuasive, and motivated to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs35, Rs40,000.00 per month
