Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Lahore. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, developing communication strategies, generating leads, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role also involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted market research to identify potential clients needing AI transformation services
- Generate relevant leads (minimum 5,000 monthly) and qualify high-quality leads aligned with our service offerings
- Conduct outreach campaigns and secure email meetings with decision-makers
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and campaign performance
- Optimize outreach strategies based on response rates and conversion metrics
Required Experience
- 2-4 years of
Business Development
experience in business consulting and technology services firms. - Proven track record of generating 5,000+ relevant monthly leads in B2B consulting
- Demonstrable experience in AI/technology consulting lead generation
- Strong portfolio of successful email campaigns with measurable results
- Must demonstrate expertise in using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other B2B prospecting tools
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management platforms
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced understanding of B2B sales processes
- Excellent data analysis and market research capabilities
- Strong writing skills for crafting compelling outreach messages
- Proficiency in lead qualification and prioritization
- Ability to identify and reach key decision-makers

- Generate 5,000+ relevant leads monthly
- Achieve 15%+ email response rate
- Secure minimum 10 qualified meetings monthly
