About Us:

We are a fast-growing FMCG retail business committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Oversee stock replenishment, stock rotation, and shrinkage control.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure store compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operations reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG retail management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store budgets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
