About Us

We are an innovative eCommerce company building Mallshark, a multi-vendor platform where creativity drives sales. We're looking for a skilled UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator to join our Lahore office. This is a full-time, in-house role where you'll create engaging, high-converting video content that resonates with audiences and drives measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, script, and produce high-quality UGC-style videos for product marketing campaigns.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm content ideas aligned with campaign goals.


• Edit videos with transitions, captions, sound effects, and creative storytelling to maximize engagement.


• Stay on top of UGC trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Ads.


• Optimize content for multiple platforms to ensure maximum reach and conversions.


• Repurpose and refresh older content to extend campaign effectiveness.


• Track performance of published videos and adapt strategies for better results.


• Occasionally appear on camera for authentic, relatable product showcases.

Requirements


• Minimum 1 year of proven UGC content creation experience.


• Portfolio of at least 10+ videos that directly contributed to significant sales or conversions.


• Strong video editing skills (effects, captions, transitions, audio syncing).


• Understanding of social media algorithms, audience psychology, and sales-driven storytelling.


• Comfort with being both behind and in front of the camera.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
