We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring alignment between design, procurement, and construction activities for timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and delay analysis reports.
  • Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and forecast completion timelines.
  • Support the team in resource allocation, manpower planning, and cost control.
  • Participate in project review meetings and assist in preparing project recovery plans if required.
  • Ensure compliance with company planning standards and project objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling (preferably in infrastructure or construction projects).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (EPC, Design-Build, etc.) is an advantage.

Pay: Rs80, Rs200,000.00 per month
