Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market needs.
- Identify and target clients in the Energy and Industrial sectors across Pakistan.
- Conduct client meetings, technical consultations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close profitable business.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, finance, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters would be plus.
- 4–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in engineering sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset for market growth.
