Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market needs.
  • Identify and target clients in the Energy and Industrial sectors across Pakistan.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical consultations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close profitable business.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, finance, and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters would be plus.
  • 4–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in engineering sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset for market growth.
