Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Database Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and managing BI solutions, ensuring the efficient design and operation of dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights through data visualization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and translate these into clear visualizations.
  • Manage databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize data quality and efficiency.
  • Implement data analysis and transformation processes within Power BI.
  • Ensure proper integration of Power BI with other databases and applications.
  • Optimize data retrieval and develop dashboard reports for real-time performance monitoring.
  • Maintain data analytics platforms and ensure the security of data across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven 3+ Years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in developing and optimizing DAX queries and Power Query.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and data architecture.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex data in a simple and concise manner.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services is a plus.
