Junior GRC and Power BI Reporting Business Analyst

This role supports Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives while developing and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI. The analyst will document business requirements, process flows, and reporting needs. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance and deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities


• Document business and functional requirements


• Create and maintain process flow diagrams


• Support GRC activities such as risk assessments and control mapping


• Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports


• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms


• Collaborate with teams to define reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions


• Participate in testing and validation of reporting tools and GRC systems
