Role Description

We are seeking a talented AI Prompt Engineer to join our onsite team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing, developing, and optimizing AI prompts and workflows for large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create intelligent, reliable, and scalable AI-driven solutions for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into applications.
  • Research and apply prompt engineering strategies (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, etc.) to enhance performance.
  • Build and refine workflows combining LLMs with APIs, databases, and business logic.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and scalability of AI-driven applications.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve AI-generated outputs.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and LLMs.
  • Participate in agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and LLM behavior (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, APIs, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for AI model integration.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and workflow automation tools.
  • Knowledge of data handling, preprocessing, and evaluation for AI models.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
