About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. You'll be the voice of across all social media platforms, helping us build a strong digital presence and an engaged community that shares our vision for change.

Key Responsibilities:


• Create engaging, original, and shareable content (text, graphics, reels, and videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).


• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and response to followers.


• Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports.


• Collaborate with the content, partnerships, and design teams to plan campaigns and storytelling initiatives.


• Stay up-to-date with social trends, emerging platforms, and digital best practices.


• Support awareness campaigns, events, and collaborations with changemakers and partner organizations.

Qualifications & Skills: (optional) We are hiring skill based learners and nomadic individuals who require nothing but their willingness.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or skills that fits the role.


• 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms (internship or professional).


• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.


• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps.


• Passion for social impact, sustainability, and community development.


• Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
