We specialize in Education Consultancy, Visa & Immigration Services, Accommodation Support, and Travel & Tour Solutions for students and professionals. We are expanding our presence in Pakistan and looking for a dynamic Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team.


Position Overview:
The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, strengthening brand visibility, and building strategic partnerships with educational institutions, influencers, and local communities. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about communication, branding, and outreach.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote company services.

Plan and coordinate student engagement events, education fairs, and info sessions.

Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities for collaborations.

Manage social media content calendars and assist in digital campaign planning.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.

Support the marketing team in designing promotional materials and campaigns.

Represent the company professionally in client meetings and educational events.


Requirements
:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or event coordination (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in public dealing.

Proficiency in social media management and basic marketing tools.

Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
