Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for an on-site role located in Karachi. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring sales reports, assisting in team management, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the implementation of new sales initiatives. This role will actively support the senior sales manager to ensure growth and customer retention while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and support a sales team, as well as working independently on multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of wireless, network, or IT infrastructure products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
