Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
    Air, Sea, and Land freight
    .
  • Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
  • Monitor market trends, client demands, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales within the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Candidates with strong experience in Import Freight Sales are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong market knowledge and client network within Karachi.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
