To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive with a proven track record of bringing global clients and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, target, and acquire international clients seeking HR services, office setup, and recruitment support.

· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and industries.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships with CEOs, HR Heads, and Decision-Makers of multinational companies.

· Represent the company in international business forums, networking events, and industry associations.

· Collaborate with internal HR & recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition KPIs.

· Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

· 5+ years of proven business development experience in HR outsourcing, recruitment, BPO, or professional services.

· Strong international business network with the ability to close high-value deals.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Deep understanding of global recruitment and HR outsourcing trends.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

· Ability to travel internationally if required.
