dynamic, proactive HR & Admin Associate
to join us

Role Overview

This is a
dynamic , proactive HR & Admin role
that also involves finance and business development support. The ideal candidate will be skilled in HR operations and administration while also confident enough to pitch staff augmentation services (Salesforce & AI resources) to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations

Maintain HR records & ensure compliance

Provide administrative support (reports, file management, office operations)

Assist with payroll, expense tracking, petty cash & vendor payments

Support employee engagement & development initiatives

Ensure audit-ready record keeping & compliance

Pitch staff augmentation services to potential clients

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field

0–1 year of experience in HR/Admin (tech industry preferred)

Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and basic finance

Excellent communication & presentation skills (client-facing role)

Proactive, detail-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
