Position Overview:

We're looking for skilled and motivated CCTV Installers/Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems (Analog, IP, and Wi-Fi). Candidates who are self-driven and customer-focused will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test analog, IP, and Wi-Fi CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
  • Run and manage cabling (coaxial, CAT6, etc.) neatly and professionally.
  • Set up remote viewing on mobile and desktop apps.
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity, power, and recording issues.
  • Conduct on-site surveys and recommend suitable camera solutions.
  • Provide technical support and customer guidance when needed.
  • Maintain installation records, material usage, and service reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV installation or electrical/IT field.
  • Knowledge of camera brands, IP configurations, and network setup.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic camera and DVR/NVR issues.
  • Must have own basic tools (preferred).
  • Valid CNIC and willingness to travel for installations (if required).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
