Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a IT Administrator, located in Karāchi. The IT Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining CCTV/IP Cameras installing, r
    esponding to user queries
    , and supporting biometric/attendance system connectivity.

Qualifications

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV / IP Cameras and ensure continuous monitoring and storage.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PBX systems (analog, digital, or IP-based).
  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and internet services.
  • Install and update software, antivirus, and security patches.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure data backup and system security protocols are followed.
  • Respond to user queries and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
  • Support biometric/attendance system connectivity
