The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in tendering, cost control, and contractual risk management, with the ability to support projects from procurement through execution.

Role Description

  • Hands on Practical Knowledge of FIDIC/SCL Delay Protocol.
  • Familiar with PEC codes, PPRA/SPRA
  • Expertise in Bid Preparation, Evaluation & Tendering Procedures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract documents, including amendments and variations
  • Rate Analysis & Variation Order Knowledge.
  • Handle claims management, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, and contractual correspondence
  • Conduct risk assessments and support dispute resolution in coordination with project teams
  • Support cost control, change management, and financial impact analysis
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contractual obligations

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Contract Administration, Claims Management, and Extension of Time processes
  • Knowledge of Construction Laws, Risk Management, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability in cost control, change management, and financial impact analysis
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for managing stakeholder interactions
  • Proficient in relevant software tools and platforms utilized in contract and construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering sectors
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
