Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Resource with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role is crucial in driving business growth and promoting our SaaS, ERP, and software solutions to local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Qualify leads based on interest level, business needs, and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales/business development team.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine calling scripts and lead-generation strategies.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Provide feedback on call outcomes, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales (software/IT experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain persistence in follow-ups.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Basic understanding of software products, SaaS, or ERP systems is a plus.
