to join our outreach team and play a key role in generating high-quality leads.

Job Summary

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients across various industries, introducing our services, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for our sales or business development team. You will act as the first point of contact between our agency and potential clients, making communication skills and persistence essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to business prospects daily using provided scripts and call lists
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the agency's marketing services (e.g., SEO, social media, lead generation, paid ads)
  • Identify decision-makers and engage in consultative conversations to qualify leads
  • Schedule appointments or live transfers to the sales team or account managers
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and outcomes in CRM tools
  • Follow up on warm leads when needed and nurture them toward conversion
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls per day, appointments booked, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Provide feedback on call scripts and outreach processes for optimization
  • Stay updated on the agency's services, market trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
    in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a marketing or B2B setting)
  • Excellent English communication skills
    – both spoken and written (neutral or American/British accent preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Confident, energetic, and results-driven personality
  • Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude
  • Proficient in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Workspace)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Comfortable working remotely (if applicable) with a quiet and professional home office setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar B2B environment
  • Familiarity with marketing terms like SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.
  • Experience with VoIP dialing software (e.g., Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral)
  • Track record of exceeding cold call performance targets
