About the Role:

We are looking for a Shopify Team Lead to manage and guide our Shopify development team while ensuring smooth execution of eCommerce projects across multiple client stores. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience with Shopify, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of Shopify developers and designers.

· Oversee the development, customization, and maintenance of Shopify stores.

· Collaborate with the marketing, design, and client success teams to deliver complete store setups and feature updates.

· Customize and edit Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Optimize store performance and ensure mobile responsiveness.

· Handle Shopify app integrations, troubleshooting, and store migration when required.

· Conduct QA testing and ensure high-quality delivery before client handover.

· Provide training, guidance, and support to junior Shopify developers.

· Communicate project updates and timelines clearly with management and clients.

Requirements:

· 3–5 years of professional experience in Shopify development.

· Expertise in Shopify theme customization, Liquid coding, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

· Strong understanding of Shopify apps, APIs, and integrations.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Experience working with Shopify Plus (preferred).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
