Role:
Strategy and Business Operation Intern

Purpose

Support the Business Manager with research and data consolidation, create executive‑ready documents and presentations, and help the team stay structured and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help with the company strategy and market research
  • Collect market research from authentic sources, policy, pricing, and competitor data from authoritative sources
  • Summarize findings into short briefs and decks with clear insights and source links
  • Data compilation and consolidation
  • Clean and normalize inputs from multiple sources into structured presentations, sheets, and trackers
  • Build summary tables and simple charts that highlight trends and deltas
  • Executive‑ready docs and presentations
  • Turn raw notes into 1–2 page briefs and slide decks
  • Apply consistent structure, tone, and Propellus visual standards
  • Log invoices in Dext
  • Organization for the Business Manager
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items to closure
  • Keep folders, file names, and version history tidy across docs and decks

Qualifications

  • Final‑year student or recent graduate in business, economics, public policy, or a related field
  • Clear writing and structured note‑taking
  • Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel for data cleaning and basic charts
  • Detail‑oriented, dependable follow‑through, and comfortable with checklists

Skills and Tools

  • Notion for research library, trackers, and documentation
  • Figure it out attitude
  • Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or MS Office
  • Optional: familiarity with bookkeeping tools like Dext

Learning Outcomes

Internship Details

  • Duration: 12 weeks, option to extend
  • Hours: 20–30 per week, Pakistan Time
  • Remote/Hybrid
  • Preferred Location: Preferred Islamabad, but can be from any city
  • Reporting to: Business Manager
