Role Description

We are seeking an
Executive Assistant to the Business Strategy Head
who can work directly under top leadership.
This role requires someone who is highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly while maintaining a professional and well-groomed presence.

You'll act as the right hand to the Business Strategy Head, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and execution of strategic tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Well-groomed personality with business acumen.
• Good at handling pressure and work efficiently with unwavering focus in critical work situations.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, & Business Consulting will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong soft skills with quick adaptability to use AI & productivity tools.
• Highly professional and disciplined approach to work.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in the financial or commodities market is a plus.
• High adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other soft skills will be a huge edge for the applicant.
• Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning is a plus.
• Fresh Graduates having the desired attributes are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Shadow & Support senior management in day-to-day decision-making, strategy execution, and operational management.
• Oversee the performance of client acquisition channels on regular basis.
• Assist strategy head in business development initiatives and strategy implementation.
• Assist in business strategy development for client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Assist management in forward planning related activities.
• Assist in data recording, handling, & analysis as per the reporting requirements by management.
• Conduct meetings with clients and work on devising tailored fit plans as per client requirement.
• Manage lead pipelines, client onboarding processes, and relationship management.
• Prepare performance reports, market analysis, and competitor insights for strategic reviews.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
• Participate in high-level meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support training and development initiatives for business team.
