About Us

We are a fast-growing software and digital solutions company serving clients in the USA & UK. We're looking for results-driven Cold Callers & Sales Closers who can confidently connect with decision-makers, pitch services, and close deals over the phone. If you have the drive to sell and the skill to close, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects in the USA & UK.
  • Present company products and services in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
  • Build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively to secure appointments or close deals.
  • Follow a structured sales script while adapting to client needs.
  • Maintain an accurate log of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where results matter most.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Sales Closer (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills with a neutral or clear accent.
  • Confidence in speaking to C-level executives and business owners.
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with USA & UK time zones.
  • Experience in B2B sales, software sales, or international calling is a plus.
