Role Overview:

Chameleon Ideas Inc. is looking for a Senior Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Mern Stack, API development, and cloud-based architectures, with a focus on performance, security, Project Deployment and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance backend applications using and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless frontend integration.
  • Optimize backend performance, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Implement authentication and authorization.
  • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
  • Manage and deploy CI/CD pipelines with working knowledge of Complete SDLC
  • Collaborate and support frontend developers to ensure smooth system integration.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Mern Stack.
  • Proficiency in Database tech not limited to MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Redis, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud etc.) and serverless technologies.
  • Knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices.
