Job Description - C++, Lead/Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled C++ Lead/Senior Software Engineer with at least a bachelor's

degree in computer science or related field and at least years of experience of

Linux based complex development work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

refactoring existing code as well as developing and implementing multi-threaded

algorithms, designing and optimizing software for image processing and cameras, and

integrating software components with hardware systems. The candidate should have

experience working with various types of third-party libraries including libraries such as

OpenCV and PCL for image processing. The candidate should also have experience

with general C++ based software design patterns, memory management, multi-

processing, data structures, and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement computer vision algorithms using C++ programming language

 Refactor existing C++ code and ability to restructure/optimize existing modules

 Design, optimize, and implement software systems for image processing and cameras

that process and analyze images and videos

 Great knowledge of Operating Systems internals, mainly Linux / Ubuntu.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and products

 Conduct unit testing and performance testing to ensure code quality and system stability

 Stay up-to-date with the latest computer vision technologies and trends related to image

processing and cameras

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

 Experience with software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms for image

processing and cameras

 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in developing computer vision applications for real-time and embedded

systems related to image processing and cameras

 Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks such as

TensorFlow and PyTorch related to image processing and cameras

 Familiarity with image and video processing techniques and standards such as JPEG,

MPEG, and H.264 related to image processing and cameras

 Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN
