Role Overview
The
Lead Generation & Sales Specialist
will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing potential clients across local and international markets. The role requires strong research skills, digital outreach expertise, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle for services such as bookkeeping, tax preparation, accounting, payroll, and financial advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients such as SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), startups, Real Estate and international firms needing bookkeeping and tax services.
• Use LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and other B2B platforms to generate quality leads.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn InMail, and calls.
• Qualify leads through discovery calls/emails and drive them through the sales cycle to closure.
• Negotiate service proposals and secure signed contracts for bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate data on prospects, proposals, and deal status.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on lead generation and sales effectiveness.
• Stay informed about accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation and closing service-based projects (preferably in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services).
• Strong knowledge of freelancing/B2B platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asaana).
• Strong hunter mentality – comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to engage decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently speak to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, Business Owners, Finance Directors).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-driven, with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
