Role Description

Goldfinch is looking for a
Senior Sales Manager
to lead the sales operations for our flagship development,
Chahar Bagh
. The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate professional with strong leadership skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to drive team performance. You'll oversee the sales process end-to-end from generating leads to finalizing agreements while leading and motivating a team of junior executives to achieve collective success.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Personally engage with clients to negotiate and close deals for Chahar Bagh plots and properties.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Oversee lead management, follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Train, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level sales executives.
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for seamless operations and client handling.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
  • Represent Goldfinch professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
  • Minimum
    4-5 years of experience
    in real estate sales, including direct deal closures.
  • Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in high-end or land development projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities to manage a sales team effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of Lahore's real estate market and buyer trends.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
