Job Title: Assistant Manager ERP (FO, Production & Retail – MSD365 Expert)

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) experience in Finance & Operations, Production, and Retail modules

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365) Finance & Operations, Production, and Retail modules
  • Hands-on experience in ERP support, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in database management, SQL queries, and data analysis
  • Ability to fix bugs, resolve technical issues, and optimize ERP performance
  • Strong understanding of ERP-driven business processes and integration
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and provide user support/training

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance of MS Dynamics 365 ERP (FO, Production & Retail modules)
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and fix ERP-related issues and errors in real-time
  • Manage ERP reporting, ensure data accuracy, and maintain system documentation
  • Handle databases, ensuring smooth performance, backup, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify ERP-related requirements and deliver solutions
  • Train and guide end-users on ERP functionality and best practices
  • Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of ERP systems to align with business needs
