Job Opening: Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Onsite Role)

We are a leading software house based in Karachi, delivering innovative technology solutions to global clients. To further accelerate our growth, we are seeking a Sales Executive (Night Shift) who will drive business development, expand our client base, and build long-term relationships with enterprise and technology clients.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets for our software development services. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong B2B experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new sales opportunities in the software/IT services sector.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts and deals.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (business development, technical, marketing) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven professional sales experience (B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software industry sales cycles and client requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Urdu/local languages preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Comfortable working during night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM) onsite at our PECHS Block 6 office.
