Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Officer role located in Lahore District. The HR Officer will be responsible for implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, managing HR functions, and developing clear and effective job descriptions. Additional responsibilities will include supporting recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in handling Employee Relations and providing effective resolutions
- Skilled in Job Description Development and workforce planning
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) would be an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
