We're looking for a creative and organized individual to manage multiple social media pages, engage with audiences, and coordinate with our design and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage and monitor official social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content posts, reels, stories, and videos.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to produce creative visuals and captions.
  • Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and reviews to ensure active community engagement.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics (reach, engagement, growth).
  • Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and audience growth.
  • Assist with post boosting or basic paid ad management (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or Communications.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
  • Good English writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar for quick content creation.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Analytical approach to performance tracking and improvement.
  • Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Mon- Fri ( 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm)

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
