About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing & Lead Generation Executive for Prisma, a manufacturer of premium solid surface sheets under the brand name Polyroc. This role will focus on B2B and B2C campaigns to promote Polyroc in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute targeted marketing campaigns for Prisma's Polyrok solid surface sheets.
  • Handle daily social media management (content creation, posting, engagement).
  • Generate qualified online leads from the construction, architecture, and interior design industries, and forward them to the sales team.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all campaigns according to established brand guidelines.
  • Manage printing and production of marketing materials for exhibitions, trade shows, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for impactful visuals and videos.
  • Track and report campaign performance, optimizing for best results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of the construction/interior industry is a plus.
  • Strong creative and communication skills with different industries.
  • Familiarity with printing processes and promotional materials.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and relevant design tools.
