About the Role

Renexus Resource Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Lead Generation to strengthen our sales pipeline and support our business development efforts.

This position plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and contributing to the company's overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for research, and the ability to generate qualified leads through multiple channels including phone calls, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Management: Identify, research, and maintain an updated database of qualified leads aligned with business objectives.
  • Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest.
  • Market & Customer Research: Conduct detailed research to understand market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Proposal & Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate, timely updates and insights to management on lead progress and pipeline status.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong command of English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic familiarity with CRM platforms and data management.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, marketing support, or a related role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and research skills are also encouraged to apply.
