Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Digital Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing web traffic, and generating leads to expand the organization's impact. Additional responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, optimizing online presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and raise awareness about The Growing Pakistan's mission.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, including campaign management and execution
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Marketing strategy and implementation
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the socio-economic and cultural aspects of Pakistan is a plus
