Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines & quality standards.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Lead and guide architects, designers, and drafters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong leadership & communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Experience with international projects, especially
    US clients

  • Knowledge of US building codes and standards.
  • PMP or similar project management certification (a plus).
  • Skilled in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
