Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and talent acquisition, implementing HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, handling employee relations, and supporting organizational development.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Skills in employee benefits administration and HRIS management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle employee relations and foster a positive work environment
- Organizational development and performance management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the creative or technology industry is a plus
