Role Overview

As the HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee relations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people management and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.
  • Provide strategic HR support to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management (BPO industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Professional, confident, and able to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
