About the Role

MegaPlus Pakistan is seeking a Female Import & Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with international and local suppliers, handling import documentation, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders with close follow-up on deliveries from local and international suppliers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clearing agents to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BL, GD, etc.) in line with customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile and maintain supplier data, POs, and payment records.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Generate daily and weekly status reports and share updates with management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or import/export coordination.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
  • Working knowledge of import documentation and logistics workflows.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in IT hardware or technology distribution is a plus.
