Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. As an Assistant Financial Operations Executive, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and offering insights for improved financial decision-making. Collaboration with other teams for financial accuracy and efficient workflows will also be a part of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting standards
  • Proficiency with budget preparation, financial analysis, and forecasting techniques
  • Experience in data analysis, account reconciliation, and audit processes
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced use of spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to document and explain financial data clearly
  • MBA in Finance or Master of Commerce
  • Prior experience in financial operations or a similar role is preferred
