We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Executive
who combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. This is not a generic marketer role. The ideal candidate will be an
outbound strategist first
with proven ABM, GTM, and content copywriting expertise, while also being capable of managing end-to-end event/webinar campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and optimize targeted ABM and outbound email campaigns.

Build multi-touch engagement strategies for high-value accounts.

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with recommendations for improvement.

Plan, execute, and manage webinars, virtual events, and trade shows from end-to-end.

Drive attendee engagement and ensure effective post-event lead nurturing.

Track ROI and generate detailed event performance reports.

Identify and develop relevant use cases (particularly for
AgTech & FoodTech
).

Align GTM plans with customer journey stages across FarmDocs and Cattlytics platforms.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure GTM messaging consistency.

Research complex solutions and translate them into compelling narratives.

Write and refine copy for landing pages, email campaigns, one-pagers, and presentations.

Partner with designers or external vendors to deliver high-quality campaign materials.

Build lifecycle campaigns covering signup → onboarding → engagement → conversion → expansion.

Leverage tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce for campaign automation.

Collaborate with industry alliances, partners, and ecosystems for co-marketing opportunities.

Develop joint campaigns to boost lead generation and brand visibility.

Requirements

Must-Haves

Strong background in
Account-Based Marketing
and outbound
email-driven demand generation
.

Proven track record in
event and webinar management
(planning, execution, reporting).

Experience developing
GTM strategies
, use case mapping, and customer journey alignment.

Excellent research and copywriting skills for technical content and campaign assets.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.

Good-to-Haves

Experience in
customer journey–based campaign planning
and lifecycle marketing.

Familiarity with
marketing automation platforms
(HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).

Exposure to
channel and partnership marketing
initiatives.

Knowledge of
