Job description:

Fusionwave Private Limited, based in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong track record on online bidding platforms such as Upwork and advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation. At Fusionwave, we specialize in delivering innovative digital solutions, helping businesses grow through technology, and offering custom software development services. The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in driving our business growth by effectively managing bids, running campaigns, and securing high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on Upwork and other online platforms to identify and close business opportunities.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate targeted leads and engage potential clients across relevant industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their project requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales and bidding, particularly on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of successful bidding and client acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and sales outreach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales and client management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of other freelance bidding platforms (e.g., Freelancer, Upwork).
  • Experience with social media advertising and retargeting campaigns.
