Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Digital & Performance Marketing to lead our digital presence and growth campaigns for the EMI wallet business. This role combines digital brand-building with performance-driven acquisition, ensuring the wallet achieves both visibility and measurable growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable running performance campaigns, optimizing ROI, and leading digital engagement strategies that strengthen the brand's online footprint.

At Digitt+, we are dedicated to fostering financial inclusion across diverse sectors. We empower rural communities and farmers with accessible solutions and support merchants with seamless services such as payments, payroll, and Wallet as a Service through our Open API technology. We also provide everyday customers with innovative tools to simplify and enhance their financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy (social media, content, SEO/ASO, influencer partnerships).
  • Lead the creation of engaging digital content (social, blog, video, in-app) aligned with brand positioning.
  • Build and manage the wallet's online community, ensuring consistent engagement across platforms.
  • Oversee digital reputation management, responding to user feedback and maintaining brand credibility.
  • Drive CRM, lifecycle, and retention campaigns via push notifications, in-app messaging, and email.

Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
  • Own acquisition and retention funnels, tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, and churn to ensure scalable growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and media allocations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to develop user journeys, referral programs, and retargeting campaigns.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Set up and manage dashboards for campaign tracking (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
  • Analyze performance data to generate insights and recommend growth optimizations.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, and tools in digital and performance marketing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing — fintech/consumer tech/EMI experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and engagement via paid and organic channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, ASO, CRM tools, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics and attribution platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Ability to balance brand-building creativity with data-driven growth decisions.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
